Resources for the Assessee

Caliper is committed to helping you ensure a good assessment experience for your candidates and employees. There are several things you can do to support them.

  • Make sure your assessee knows to expect the assessment link. This email will come from 

  • Provide the assessment in the language that is most appropriate for the assessee. You can select the language when you set up the assessment in your Client Portal.

  • Provide your assessees with the appropriate assessee-facing document below. These documents outline what the assessment is, how to complete it, and how it will be used in the hiring or development process.

  • If your assessee has disclosed a disability, Caliper will support you to ensure reasonable accommodations. The assessee-facing documents above also give instructions should the assessee prefer to contact Caliper for accommodations directly. Read more about compliance with ADA and EEOC here.
