Make sure your assessee knows to expect the assessment link. This email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Provide the assessment in the language that is most appropriate for the assessee. You can select the language when you set up the assessment in your Client Portal.
Provide your assessees with the appropriate assessee-facing document below. These documents outline what the assessment is, how to complete it, and how it will be used in the hiring or development process.
If your assessee has disclosed a disability, Caliper will support you to ensure reasonable accommodations. The assessee-facing documents above also give instructions should the assessee prefer to contact Caliper for accommodations directly. Read more about compliance with ADA and EEOC here.
