CPS User's Guide for Administrators


Adding Learners

CPS Homepage

Click the gear, and under Admin, click Manage Users.

Learner Management Page

Click Add Learner.

New Learner Window

Complete the required fields: email, first name, and last name.

Click Send Invite.

The learner will receive an email with a link to access their account.


Adding Recommended Modules

Learner Management Page

Find the learner for whom you want to add a module.

Click the box in the Recommend A Module column.

Recommended Modules

Click the box next to each module to be assigned.

Click Close when module(s) have been selected.


Assigning a Coach

CPS Homepage

Click the gear, and under Admin, click Manage Users.

Learner Management Page

Find the person you want to assign as a coach.

Click the box in the Assign as Coach column.

Assign as Coach

Click the box next to each module that you want to assign them as a coach.

Click Close when module(s) have been selected.
