Resending an Assessment Link

If for any reason the assessee does not receive a link to take the assessment, you can resend it.

  1. Select Reports from your Client Portal.
  2. Find the person who has not received the link, and select the caret  at the beginning of the row.
  3. Select Resend (alternate) email to assessee.
  4. You can either keep the email on file, or enter another one. Select Resend Email to Assessee to confirm.
