If for any reason the assessee does not receive a link to take the assessment, you can resend it.
- Select Reports from your Client Portal.
- Find the person who has not received the link, and select the caret
at the beginning of the row.
- Select Resend (alternate) email to assessee.
- You can either keep the email on file, or enter another one. Select Resend Email to Assessee to confirm.
