Changing Color Schemes

Your Client Portal displays low, moderate, and high scores with a default color palette of red, yellow, and green. You can change these colors through the Preferences menu in the Settings tab.


  1. On the ribbon, click on Settings.
  2. Choose Preferences.
  3. Select the drop-down menu labeled Default to change the color palette. There are four options: Default, Alternate, High Contrast, and Custom.
    1. Select Alternate to change the color palette to light, medium, and dark blue.
    2. Select High Contrast to change the palette to gray, yellow, and blue.
    3. To customize the color palette, select Custom.
      1. Click on Weak, Moderate, or Strong to bring up the individual palette for that score band. Use the slider on the left to adjust brightness, and the slider on the right to adjust the hue.
