Scheduling a Consult Call

Consult calls are detailed discussions about Caliper results with an expert Consultant.  You can use a consult to review a particular assessment, or to look at several assessments at once. You can schedule a consult call directly from your Caliper Client Portal using these steps:

  1. From your Dashboard, select Schedule Consult.
  2. Pick the length of time you think you’ll need for the conversation.  For one to two assessees, a half hour is typically enough.  For more in-depth discussions or larger groups of assessees, choose the sixty minute option.  
  3. Confirm your time zone to continue.
  4. Pick the date for your session using the calendar tool, then select from the open times listed.  If no times are listed, you may need to pick a different date.  If your date is inflexible and your consultant is not available, contact us at 609-524-1400 for backup options.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter your name and contact information.  
  7. If others will be joining you on the call, add their emails under the Additional Guests field.  
  8. Briefly note which candidates or topics you’d like to cover in the call.  
  9. When finished, click Done.
  10. A confirmation with dial-in instructions will go out by email to you and any other guests you invited.
