Updating or Cancelling Orders


If the assessee has not yet started the assessment, you can modify or cancel your order. First, from the Reports tab of your client portal, confirm that the status of the order is “Assessment not started.”


To cancel your order:

From the Orders page, select the caret beside the assessee’s name, then select Cancel Order. The assessment link will become inactive, and the order will disappear from your orders list.


To resend an assessment link or change the assessee’s email address:

  1. From the Orders page, select the caret beside the assessee’s name, then select Resend (alternate) email to assessee.
  2. At the prompt, enter the email address to which you’d like to send the new link. Then, select Resend Email to Assessee.


To make other changes:

If you’d like to update other details of your order, such as the Assessee’s name, the report type, or the job title and description, please submit the details of the change to us with this form. Under Reason for Contact, select Assessments & Reports, as shown below. Please make sure to include the name of the assessee in your request.


What if the assessee has already started or completed the assessment?

If the assessee has started (or even finished) the assessment, it may still be possible to make certain changes to your order. Please contact us online or call us directly at 609-524-1400 to discuss next steps.
